SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Antenatal and post natal services including immunization for the under fives, home based care services for the most poor without caretakers. It also offers HIV prevention services which include free HIV counseling and testing (HCT), Prevention of Mother to Child Transmission (PMTCT), follow-up all our HIV positive mothers to ensure they adhere well to their treatment and precautions to ensure that babies are negative as well as guaranteeing zero lost to follow-up (LTF). Strong referral systems have been developed with other service providers to ensure that all complicated cases that cannot be managed by St. Edward’s are referred while outsmarting duplication of roles.
